How Do I Start an OEM or ODM Project with GadelyHome?

GadelyHome supports OEM and ODM projects. The best starting point is a clear brief describing the product you want to develop and the requirements it needs to meet.
What is the difference?
An OEM discussion typically begins with a buyer’s design or specification. An ODM discussion can begin with an existing design direction developed by the manufacturer. The exact responsibilities and permitted customisation should be agreed for your project, including any drawings, branding or other design assets involved.
What should I send?
Share reference images or drawings, dimensions, preferred materials and finishes, intended use, target market, estimated quantities and packaging needs. Tell us which features are essential. If you have a desired launch date, include it as a planning requirement rather than assuming a production schedule is already confirmed.
What happens before an order is confirmed?
Ask the team to confirm feasibility, sample arrangements, specifications, pricing, order quantity requirements and timing. Review the proposed sample against your written brief and resolve any changes before approving the final specification. These details vary by product and are confirmed individually; our company profile does not set a universal minimum order or lead time.
Contact our team to discuss your product brief and the next steps for your collection.
